It's funny in all my thoughts about this case and AI in general, I have never actually sat down and considered just how much work goes into a book. We are conditioned by everyone to devalue what we've done, but this is such a helpful reminder. And also I am so honored that I have had the privilege of ripping all your brilliant manuscripts to shreds!

Thank you for peeling back the curtain to show us your early brain dumps and the reality of getting words to page before it becomes a book. These brain dumps are often lost in the world of AI and LLMs when we outsource critical thinking to a robot. So grateful for your fight and tenacity! 🤘🏽

This is such a good way of putting it. Making me think of all of the work, stress, exhaustion, illness, and other sacrifices I've made for every single book, and that makes me even more mad about all of this. Thank you for your important work on this!

As someone who often feels like "This is awful, but what can I do about it?" you've really inspired me to figure out how I can take action with things I'm passionate about. Thank you for being so brave!!
